For meeting exact requirements of customers in a large volume, we have installed highly sophisticated manufacturing machines, which are operated and managed by those personnel who have long experience and well-versed with latest technology, hi-tech machines and most up-to-date manufacturing process. Our range of Steel Casting includes Alloy Steel Castings, Manganese Steel Castings, Austenitic Steel Castings and Carbon Steel / Nickel Base Alloy Castings. Our team of experts is capable to cater to specific needs of customers meeting certified quality standards.
At MAKARAJOTHI ALLOYS, all Steel Castings are manufactured following needs of clients, guidelines of experts and norms of international quality standards. While manufacturing these Steel Castings, we use distilled raw materials, which are procured from leading vendors and suppliers who are committed for quality and customer satisfaction. We also maintain the prices of Austenitic Steel Castings for making these products affordable for all without compromising on quality. At MAKARAJOTHI ALLOYS, production is based on carbon steel, alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic stainless, steel (duplex) and base materials nicke. Mainly DIN, ASTM, ASME, BS, EN, and SEW are being submitted to periodical control and updating.

Our company use highly effective quality testing equipments like Mechanical Tests, UTM – 40 Tons and Chemical Testing. We have Fisher brand quality checking equipments that help in measuring compatibility, permeability, compression force and break force. And also has Emission Spectrometer of the SPECTRO-LAB, which helps in determination of elements based on Fe, Ni and Co.

Our company also possesses well-equipped manufacturing unit with high end production machines installed in it. This helps us in catering exact needs of customers. The total constructed surface of company is 1900 square feet, monthly production capacity 100 ton and its maximum weight per piece is 500 kg. Net.
